The committee invites your nominations for the Graduate School Public Lecture Series.
By bringing top minds from around the world to the University to teach and speak to the public, the Graduate School and the Walker-Ames, Mangels and Danz Endowments help the University pursue its vital goal of disseminating knowledge.
To further this goal, we’re seeking nominees who can address the most important issues facing society. From the environment to mental health to social justice, we want to talk about it all. Priority will be given to those nominations with demonstrated broad campus/interdisciplinary support of the nominee. Competitive nominations generally see more than one campus unit supporting a visitor. Let us know if you need help finding co-sponsors!
We’re relying on your nominations to help foster this dialogue. Nominations are valid for the next two academic years. Successful host departments will receive up to $1,000 in matching funds to support host expenses.
