The GO-MAP fun continues over the summer! Join us at Green Lake for a summer social, catch up with old friends, and meet new ones!
Throughout the year, GO-MAP organizes opportunities for students to learn, network, volunteer, or just have fun!
Graduate Excellence through Diversity
Founded in 1970, the Graduate Opportunities and Minority Achievement Program (GO-MAP) is at the heart of the Graduate School’s commitment to expanding graduate education to everyone.
GO-MAP sponsors educational and social events throughout the year that help UW graduate students connect with faculty, staff, alumni, and other masters and doctoral students.
While many of GO-MAP’s events and programming are geared toward underrepresented minority graduate students, they are open to all University of Washington graduate students, faculty and staff, especially those interested in maintaining and increasing a racially diverse graduate student population and wishing to network with graduate students of color.
We will be featuring stories on our amazing graduate students of color, campus partners, and alumnus throughout the academic year. Do you have an idea for a story? Know of an alum we should connect with? Contact GO-MAP!
