The Office of Equity and Justice

The UW Graduate School Office of Equity and Justice (OEJ) provides the structural, cultural, and programmatic nuts and bolts that graduate units can rely upon to create and sustain equity for graduate students. Through programming, resources, and tools the OEJ offers support to faculty and staff in order to foster an inclusive space for all students. OEJ works in close partnership with GSEE. While GSEE provides direct to student support, OEJ provides direct to unit changemaking.
