All concerns involving potential bias, harassment, sexual misconduct or related retaliation at UW Tacoma can now be submitted through the UW Civil Rights & Title IX Report Form.
UW Tacoma students, staff, faculty and other academic personnel, as well as members of the public, can use this form to report about incidents they’ve observed, experienced or learned about. The Civil Rights & Title IX Report Form is for NON-EMERGENCY incidents only. If your immediate safety is at risk, or you are witnessing violence or perceiving imminent harm to yourself or others, please immediately dial 911.
