MyGrad Roadmap
The Graduate School maintains and develops MyGrad as a service for all graduate degree and certificate offering departments at Bothell, Tacoma, and Seattle campuses. This Roadmap provides a high level description and timeline of improvements that are in planning and development for MyGrad Program. Specific release dates will be identified, as they are approached.
GPAs may give input and suggestions for feature through the GPA Community (this is a secured access site).
Winter Quarter 2019
MyGrad: Department View
- Direct all Admissions Reviewers to the admissions review section directly.
- New Search feature, single search box that searches Applicant, Student, and Faculty depending on users authorization.
- New Task list User Interface (U.I.).
- MyGrad server migration

- Petition and Masters request updated with new U.I. for mobile friendly access.

Spring Quarter 2019
MyGrad: Department View
- Change the U.I. of MGP to new version for all sections.
- New Student List, allowing Advisors to keep track of who is eligible to register for a coming quarter.

Summer Quarter 2019
MyGrad: Department View
- Electronic Warrant sign-off for faculty. Administrative views of the approvals.
MyGrad: Student View
- Doctoral general and final exam request updated with new U.I. for mobile friendly access.
Graduate Application for Admissions
- Identified updates will be made.
MyGrad: Faculty View
- Access to approve graduation and dissertation electronically (replaces paper warrants).
