UW Graduate School

Encoding Calendar

We have established a calendar to guide the encoding process. Graduate programs should begin planning for this work two quarters prior to encoding its degree program graduation requirements. This will allow adequate time to assess current policies and procedures and consult with GEMS on specific issues. For a list of graduate programs that have been encoded, please see Encoded Programs.
